Is it paid to be a member? How can I update my account?
Membership to www.jawaherjewellery.com is free of charge. Your account will be updated when you fill in the fields you want to update from My Account> My Personal Information tab and click “save” button.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Member login page, click on the ” Lost your password?”, enter your username or email address and you will receive instructions to reset your password on your registered email address.
ORDER
How can I find the product I want?
You can access the product group you want from the menu option at the top of the page. You can also reach the product from the search field by product name or code.
Where can I see my orders?
You can see your orders on the My Account > Orders page.
When I add products to the cart, is it reserved?
When you add a product to your cart, the product is not reserved for you and can be purchased by different customers unless the purchase is made.
How can I place an order?
After logging in or entering shopping information without membership;
Add the product (s) you want to buy to your cart.
You can see the products you have added to your cart from the Go to Cart button.
Click “Buy” to complete your order.
On the opened page, add your delivery and invoice address information, select and click “continue” button.
You can make your payment by selecting one of the payment options “Cash on Delivery, PayPal or Card Payment”.
In your credit card selection; You can enter your card details in desired fields and complete your transaction with 3D secure payment method.
How can I cancel the product I purchased?
You can cancel your orders before they are delivered to the cargo. You can cancel your order by calling our customer service at +974-44358771 or sending your request from the contact form. If your order has been delivered to cargo, cancellation cannot be made, but we can initiate a refund after the product is delivered to you.
I canceled my order, when and how will I get refund?

You can exchange the product you bought from our online site with the product you want in our stores with your invoice. If the product you want to change is more expensive, your payment is received by the store. If the product is cheaper, no refunds, complementary products are recommended.
How long is the return period?
You can return the items within 14 days after you receive the delivery.
How do I return the product I purchased?
You can send your product to our return address with Domestic Shipping within 14 days after the product reaches you. You must also indicate the reason for the return on the invoice. To accept your return, the product must be unused and the security label must not be torn off. Otherwise, your products cannot be returned.
Can I make a refund from the store?
Refund of products received from our online site is only returned to our online store.
